IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • How fresh are the eggs when shipped?
    We make sure that egg orders are collected no more than 2 days before they are shipped. Eggs are still viable 7-10 days of when they are laid. While some people say they've had success with older eggs (up to 21 days), this isn't guaranteed, nor recommended. We want to make sure you get your eggs in plenty of time to incubate them successfully.
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. We do our best to ensure that you will receive quality products the first time. Livestock and live poultry are currently only sold on site and are non-returnable. Since we are NPIP / AI Certified, we are unable to take back livestock or poultry that may have been exposed to unknown contagions.
  • Do you ship live poultry and/or livestock?
    Not currently. Live poultry and livestock must be picked up in person, and/or courier must be arranged by the buyer.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    We currently accept Venmo, PayPal, Stripe and Square payments.
  • Is raw wool washed or processed?
    No. Unless otherwise noted, all wool is raw, unwashed, and unprocessed. Wool is often lightly skirted, but occasionally some vegetable matter may still be present.
